Koya Brain Training
How it works

Three things worth knowing

It comes to you

Each morning we email you a link to that day’s game. No app to download and nothing to install — you tap the link and play.

Five minutes, once

Every game is built to be done in a single sitting and then left alone. Tomorrow there’s a different one.

Nothing to catch up on

Miss a day and there’s no backlog waiting. Every game stays on this page — play today’s, or pick whichever one you fancy.

Pick a day

Seven games, one for each day

Today’s is already selected for you. You can play any of the others whenever you like — they don’t expire, and they’re not in any particular order.

Names & Faces

Putting a name to a face

You meet someone, they tell you their name, and three seconds later it’s gone. It’s the single most common complaint people have about their own memory, and it’s a specific skill — tying a piece of information to a face. Today you learn a few, then get asked again after a break.

The game opens on our practice site in a new tab. Nothing is saved.

Watching your scores

Every game ends with a number out of 100. It’s there to give the game a shape and a finish line — not to grade you. It swings around a good deal depending on how you slept, how much was going on around you, and whether you’ve played that particular game before.

Once sign-in is ready, the games you’ve played will show up here as one simple line over time. This is roughly what that tends to look like:

Example — not your data

This example drifts upward — a good deal of that is just getting the hang of each game. Real scores jump around too: sleep and distraction move them more than anything else, and a single low day isn’t worth reading into. What counts is turning up, not the number.

Questions

Before you start

Do I have to play every day?

No. It’s there if you want it. Some people do one a day with their morning coffee; others do a few a week. There’s no streak to keep up and nothing nags you.

What if I miss a day?

Nothing happens. The game doesn’t disappear and there’s nothing to catch up on. Open the page and play whichever one you like.

Are my scores saved?

Not yet. Right now your score vanishes the moment you close the page — there’s no history and nothing to compare. Saved scores and a sign-in are coming; when they do, they’ll be yours alone and never measured against anyone else’s.

Is this a test?

No. These are exercises, for practice and for the small satisfaction of doing them. They are not a screening tool and the score is not a measure of your health.

What’s in the supplement?

One ingredient: bacopa monnieri. One capsule a day with food, thirty days to a bottle.
